FINAL UPDATE: After speaking with management and corporate a few times, we were finally reimbursed our money a few weeks later as to why I am giving them 3 stars. This process was not easy but at least we received our money back.

UPDATE: I am changing my review due horrible customer service. Unfortunately we did not get Trevor and this is pertaining to the same thermostat they installed 4 months ago. We have a digital thermostat and the screen went blank. We called Right Time to come out to see if there was an issue or repair needed. prior to them coming the scheduler on the phone stated that since they did the install if no repair or parts are needed, there would not be a charge to see why it was not working. They came out and no repair or parts were needed we just needed to hit the reset button on the furnace. They had the audacity to charge us $100.00 for this. This is unacceptable and horrible service attempting to gouge pricing on a customer who already paid for installation service. I will be reporting them.

We used RighTime Home Services for our new thermostat installation and they were great from start to finish. We purchased a new thermostat but realized that we needed a C-wire for the thermostat to work. We had a C-Wire, however it did not have power because it was not connected, so we called RighTime. The Main office was so polite when we called and stated they could have someone out on the same day which was great. As soon as I finished speaking with the front office, Ian called and stated they would have the technician Trevor out to our house in 45 minutes. WOW fast service and we love it. Trevor was fantastic!!! We could not have asked for a better technician. He was so informative and explained everything . Trevor walk us through the installation and made sure that our air and heat worked before he left.

I wish I could give Rightime Air 5 ⭐'s but no service was done. Thank you Miguel for showing up on time, displaying professionalism, and giving me your expert opinion. Rightime was not able to repair my air conditioner because my condenser was located in the ceiling over the heating system in the garage. That meant the entire heating system would have to be removed and put back in and they were not willing to accept liability for the heater When means new heating system and new air conditioning. My heater works fine. The total cost came to over $20,000, OUCH!!! What really hurt is when Miguel's supervisor asked me if I had or knew someone that could help me handle the cost. I found the question rude and intrusive. I didn't arrive on this planet yesterday, so I am well aware of my current finances. I've learned not to get family and friends involved in situations such as these and in today's shaky economy with interest rates being what they are I find it a big mistake to go to loan companies and banks. So please Service Representatives keep it strictly business by minding YOUR own business. Thank you. 😩

DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICE. We had a a technician by the name of Duan. Very nasty attitude. Didn’t want to assess our AC issue, made excuses as to why he could not. When asked for his managers contact information he refused to do so. When I called dispatch to provide the information the individual stated the tech should provide that. When I advised them the tech is refusing to do so, I then asked to escalate the issue to a supervisor and conveniently no supervisor was available. The technician was beyond rude. He stormed out of my house with an attitude because we wanted to address the many issues with him directly and his supervisor. If I could rate 0 I WOULD!

I have been having a problem with my smoke detectors blaring whenever the power went out. To add to the problem access to one of the detectors was on the 20 foot high ceiling. RighTime came out and gave me several options to repair or update my equipment. They where professional, courteous and made the repairs in a timely manner. When they were finished with that job, they asked if I needed anything else. It so happened, I needed an outlet checked to see if it was functioning properly. They checked it for me at no additional charge, and found it working in good order. I highly recommend RighTime. Thank you Chris, Danny and Carlos, you guys are the best! Merry Christmas

Jeremy and Jose were EXCELLENT super professional. Jeremy explained what he was doing to where I could understand it. They even installed a air scrubber. Jose was EXCELLENT as well, he even ran up the street to catch my "run away grandson",THANK YOU JOSE I would not have been able to catch him. If you need any type of air or heating work done CALL RIGHTIME YOU WONT REGERT IT. THANKS AGAIN JEREMY AND JOSE
