Really confused as to why I was quoted extremely high for a plug relocate. $1349 was my quote. Had it done by another company for $205. So, I’m questioning the honesty and integrity of this place.

Andy, one of your electricians, provided me with my service check early this morning. In my opinion, he is an excellent representative of and for your company. He is professional, knowledgeable, direct, and very personable. His presentation of himself and your company produced confidence from me. This is generally true in my experiences with most of your representatives, although not to the degree I experienced with Andy. Kudos as well to whomever hired/trained him.

On a separate note, I’d like to offer a perspective on your appointment scheduling. Your phone representatives are also personable and effective in person. When leaving messages however, I’d like to suggest that they slow down their rate of speech. Not all phone lines are clear of static interference, and several times it has been difficult for me to understand their names and or the phone numbers they indicate I should use to call back. Since I receive between 5 and 12 promotional calls (sales/pitch people) most every day, I do not answer calls from numbers I don’t recognize. The representatives you have making appointments almost always call from numbers without any caller ID information reflecting your company name. I do not enjoy the unnecessary requirement of calling back to schedule or confirm an appointment, or of repeatedly listening to a phone message to determine the caller’s name or return phone number.

We set up an appointment to have our AC services by this company. Our appointment was set up for Wednesday and we tried to confirm Tuesday an estimatted arrival time. We got no response. We needed an approximate time due to the need to be home for technician. I stayed home all day Wednesday and waited. The company called me at 3:15 pm saying that they would have to put me off until the next day. I called several times prior with no response to messages. Very unprofessional. Find another company because the person that called me had no consideration for the fact that I was bothered and that they waited my day. I will spend my money hiring REAL professionals that understand the value of paying customer and communication scheduling professionally.

Christian López was very profesional and courteous with his service provided. Had issues with my AC not blowing air through all my vents in the house. Christian went up the attic and did a whole diagnostic. Gave me great feedback on what needed to get fixed and recommended great solutions. Overall satisfied with his service and that of Right Time in general. Definitely will use again with any other questions or concerns.

Absolutely ridiculous. I made my appt days in advance and was told I had a 9-12 window. Waited until 2 pm on my scheduled date only to be told other people had a higher priority than me and no one would be able to come out. In those 5 hours I wasn't contacted by anyone from the company. I was offered a "priority" spot 2 days later but was refused a definitely time frame.

***Updated Robert Campos is the technician that came to our home and he was excellent. He was detailed explained everything to us and professional . We were very pleased with his professionalism and follow up. Thank you Robert!

****I had my AC unit inspected by this company and was told that we have a leak. It would cost 4000.00 to fix. I was also told they are they only one that could fix it because with Covid people aren’t getting supplies like they are. I called again last asking to speak to a manger and I have not got any return calls back from their office or a manager to discuss my options. The person that took my call said my account had 0 notes. They used 0 Covid protocols when they came to my house as well. Commutation is poor. Very disappointed. I have children in my home and a leak in a AC coil. Is that dangerous? I was left with 0 paperwork showing where the leak is and what’s needed to fix it. Trevor and Jeff are the two people that came to my home.

Jeremy and Steven did an awesome job installing our new AC and furnace. Jeremy took his time to explain and go over all the details of the installation. I appreciated their hard work and professionalism. They cleaned up everything and hauled our old unit away! Thank you for a pleasant install experience.

Joey did a terrific job replacing the gas line from the street to my house. It was a two man job but he did it all on his own and within the time frame I was promised. Everything including the back fill and repair of the yard and getting the city to inspect and issue the permit was completed on time. He was very professional and dedicated to the task. His ability to manage his time and his knowledge and experience made him exceptional in my opinion. Thanks for the great work!

Our Uncle’s home had a cracked heat exchanger and we received terrible service numerous times with a home warranty company and a different heating company which dragged out over a month with still no result. We decided to get another opinion in case we needed to forfeit the warranty company’s offer so we contacted RightTime for a quote. Joe Doesenroth came quickly was very knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly. He explained the options we had and differences in types of furnaces should we replace it and that we needed a somewhat specific furnace due to the type of home and HVAC system we had. Nobody wants to unexpectedly spend thousands of dollars they don’t necessarily have but we feel very confident to proceed with Joe and his company. He arranged for installation THE NEXT DAY! He truly went above and beyond, was on time, professional, personable, helpful, I could go on and on. Highly recommend Joe and RightTime.

We required electrical repairs and our electrician, Carlos Ramirez, did an excellent job. Very professional and informative. Made wise recommendations and performed everything very quickly. Will definitely use this company for future repair needs.
