Mike was the technician that came out to diagnose my HVAC/AC which has been continuously tripping the breaker and blowing the fuses. He was on time, reliable, and honest during his evaluation. His experience was apparent by his professionalism and knowledge he shared during his service. I am amazed at work REO Mechanical does. I have had a bad experience with 5 different companies before I tried REO mechanical. The previous companies attempted to charge me 12k-20k for replacing the system and selling me a whole new HVAC unit and every different company gave a different diagnosis, but no one could fix the issue. The inconsistency proved I was being cheated and lied to. REO Mechanical was completely different, and I can tell from the start. At the end of the service, Mike was able to fix the issue and get my A/C running safely and at a minimal cost. Thank God there are still honest companies out there! I appreciate you Mike, and I appreciate you REO Mechanical :)

I worked with REO through my home warranty. Ashley (Dispatch) and Michael (Tech) were both marvelous to work with. Ashley provided guidance on working with my home warranty firm, keeping me in mind for an appointment when the home warranty was behind the assignment and sending me confirmation. Michael fixed our problem with alacrity and a level of efficiency clearly derived from a deep understanding of the technology. I am very thankful for their work. The folks at REO Mechanical are very professional, and get right to work on an issue. We lost functioning of our furnace and REO was dispatched by the home warranty company to handle the issue. After identifying the problem, we were told by Michael that we would probably need a new system, and it was subsequently verified by Preston. Ashley from the home office handled all the coordination of the various components of the job to make sure things were done in a timely and efficient manner, and never let us down on any aspect. We were very pleased with the staff who handled the actual installation. It was a pleasure to work with the whole team throughout the process. Thanks!

My home warranty company sent out another service provider and they sent a technician out three times, the company never returned calls and refused to schedule a technician on days when their was rain or cold. That's why I need my heater fixed, it's cold! When a month after the first appointment and my heater still wasn't fixed they transferred my service to REO.
Ashley had a technician out the next day. He got on the roof in the rain! He was friendly, funny, and informed. He explained that I need a new heater and why. I have since been in contact with my home warranty company and Ashley and Jennifer at REO. They are friendly and answer/return calls in a timely manner. I am so thrilled with their customer service. I feel I am in good hands and have no questions or concerns about the progress of my job because of their constant communication.
Thank you REO! I don't have heat yet, but I have peace of mind! See you next week for the install of my new unit!

Michael, our regular tech, is punctual and is an extremely hard worker. My home warranty sent out a request Reo mechanical to service my air conditioner. They were booked out for a week but Ashley was able to call me in for an earlier appointment. They found the problem right away, and made sure everything was covered by my home warranty. I did have to wait a few days for the part to come in but I was put on the schedule right away. I appreciate the guy that came out after hours on one of the hottest days to make my family and I cool and comfortable. The older gentleman that came out is the real MVP!

I highly recommend this company as they are very professional and great to work with. My home warranty would only pay for a small portion of my AC when it went out and when I called around to different companies Ashley at REO made me feel very confident in working with them. They sent out Ben and Preston and they were very courteous and professional unlike the other companies I have worked with in the past. I definitely recommend this company.
