Great job! Beutler hooked up my kitchen sink and installed my garbage disposal and dishwasher after our kitchen remodel. From the office staff/schedulers all the way to the installers - they made the process easy, were helpful & always extremely professional! I felt comfortable asking questions and in turn were responsive to all my inquiries.

We initially were sold a system that didn't fit, they "test cut" a 14x20 inch hole in my ceiling only for the unit not to fit. We had to switch to a high wall mount system. Then I was told by the salesman that sold me everything that they were going to upgrade me to a system I could control via WiFi and remove my wall mounted heater for the inconvenience and cost difference. He never called me back. The day after they installed my system it rained and leaked through my roof into my kitchen directly below where they installed the condenser. They responded next day. They still haven't patched the hole in my ceiling or the hole for the wall mounted heater they removed. Nobody has reached out to me about the dry wall repair.

I have been trying to get a technician out to my residents coming up on 24 hours now. I was scheduled to have someone out between 12 and 4 PM yesterday to look into why my air conditioner is not cooling. I ended up calling them multiple times just to see what the status was and when to expect the tech. I was informed that I was still on the book for someone to come out and that dispatch would be in contact with me. I explained that I have a 70+ year old senior living with me and that I am concerned that the heat might be affecting the health negatively.

Eventually at 8 PM after I called in again, the representative informed me that I would have to reschedule to tomorrow morning between 8 and 12 noon and promised me that I would be at the top of the list for having a technician since I was a reschedule due to them no call no showing.

This morning I woke up and called them again at 8:08 AM to make sure everything was setup with my appointment. They confirmed that everything was good and I should receive a call from between 8 and 12 noon confirming the tech is on the way. I ended up calling again at 11:25 AM asking for an update, I informed them again that I have a senior living with me and we need to get the AC working. They stated that they were not able to get dispatch on the phone but was able to contact them through their in house chat system. They confirmed again that I was on the schedule and that dispatch would be in contact with me...

At this point I am too far in to cancel the appointment and reschedule with someone else (they are booked out a few days)... Please Beutler come out today and look at my air conditioner... I have a feeling its going to be a fairly simple fix, low coolant or something simple...

Will update if I hear back from dispatch or a tech shows up...

Took advantage of winter promo for HVAC inspection. Our technician, Mujib, was on time, honest, professional, and friendly. He wore booties in our house, explained what his plans/actions were before, during, and after our service visit. He went up to the attic, identified parts that were wearing out, in need of cleaning, and in need of replacement. He gave us his opinion on what needs to get done. He gave us options for our maintenance, and set realistic expectations for each option. Because of his professionalism at our home and communication over the phone with his supervisor (in front of me) of what needed to be done at our house I will be a loyal customer. Thank you Mujib!

The tech was amazing, but management/customer service is horrible! If I could give them zero stars I would. Completely unprofessional, they rescheduled my appointment many times. They were completely no shows for 2 days and finally sent someone on day 3 after calling 5+ times each day to see if someone would get sent out. They would tell me someone would definitely be coming and I would get a follow up call…nothing. Our A/C was completely out the whole time with indoor temperatures of 100+ degrees, with two toddlers and absolutely no sense of urgency. Mind you our system is not even 2years old. I get temperatures are rising and they have a lot of work, but at least have some decency and notify if no one is going to show to not be stuck at home with no A/C. Also, it’s not the first time we experience this type of service, back in May we had our system go out and it took 7 days and me contacting corporate for someone to come out. If we hadn’t gotten our system by them and had our warranty with them we would have been long gone a long time ago. We have not had any positive experience and definitely do not recommend to anyone..

The customer service we received starting from our consultation was what drew us to this company. Tony and Corrina tag teamed to make us feel comfortable and made sure we made an informed decision. They were responsive and worked with us as best they could. They were able to put us on the schedule within a week and we were up and running with a new unit the same day they came out. Thank you for taking care of us and making us feel like family!

Showed up diligently for 5 days while we made the move from a/c under the house to a/c in the attic. HUGE and TIRESOME job, but the crew doing the work was phenomenal. They worked hard and long days, updated us throughout the process, and were still in good spirits during a heat wave!
So happy to have chosen them for this big project. Happy customers in cool air! Just in time for a hot Sacramento summer! 🌡️🌞

After many false starts on our new HVAC which they installed, Beutler has a new operations manager named Jeff Klith. He knows what he’s doing. He came out to make his own evaluation. Together with two other managers— David Rosenzweig, and Greg Spears, and a tech named Salim, the problems were finally resolved. I think these guys understand that the real purpose of a business is to get and keep customers and to keep doing both —getting and keeping customers. Good on them. I hope senior management understands how to keep these good men employed and happy in their work. As a customer, I’ll drink to that and one for Beutler.

Alex was fabulous! He was here within an hour after I placed the service call. That’s the fastest anyone ever has gotten here to my house. He immediately diagnosed the problem, and had the part available in order to effect the solution. He explained thoroughly everything that was happening, and why he picked the solution he did. He signed me up for an annual service plan while he was here. If you ever have any trouble with your AC unit, you should call Beutler and ask for Alex.

Had Beutler air conditioning for yrs of service and have been happy with their service and products offered. The service guys are great, helpful and personable. I really appreciate the text reminders of their arrival. Their all hard working to make ones life comfortable and we will be with our new air conditioner and furnace.
