We are awaiting our 5TH Beutler repair appointment in the course of 3 weeks! The technicians have no knowledge or experience. The only thing they have the knowledge to do is restart the system and wash out the inside. The last one who came 7 days ago (Julio) advised me that what needed to be done required a half day appointment and that I would be called to have that appointment set up. Nobody ever called so we began a 3 day aggressive attempt to get this so called half day appointment. We were told we would have to wait yet another week.

The customer service is slow. Every appointment the technicians shows up late. One showed up 8 hours late and all he did was wash the system with a hose for 2 hours while collecting his overtime!

Our system is under warranty and clearly they are trying everything in their power to not have to replace the unit. Rather they prefer to keep sending technicians that have no knowledge or experience in air conditioner repairs.

Tomorrow is our half day appointment that we will have waited 8 days for. It is expected to be another 100 degree day today. We will suffer while waiting for this company to get their _ _ _ _ together.

If I could give zero stars I would have!

Highly recommend. I bought a professional installation from Home Depot along with the disposal. The process was easy to schedule and availability was good. The company confirmed the appointment a day before and i got and email and text the morning of the install. Their technician, Horacio, was professional, efficient and left no mess behind.
