A/C wasn't blowing cold air so I called Comfort Systems. David was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule. He very quickly was able to diagnose the problem. Circuit Board was bad (part under warranty). Thermostat was bad. David took care of getting the new part from the manufacture. thank you! He jumped the unit so that we would be able to cool the house down at night, making sleep possible. Eleven days later he installed new circuit board and tried to install new thermostat (We had gotten at The Home Depot). Thermostat was defective or the unit would not recognize it. It was getting late so he told me which thermostat to buy and that if we could not install it to call him in the morning before 8am and he would come by and install it. Well, left messages on both phone numbers and text before 8 and crickets. Called another person that came out and installed the thermostat. The issue was that a wire in the wall was switched with another one. Anyway, it works great. I want to make sure that David is given all the credit that he deserves. He is so friendly, and has all the knowledge needed to fix your unit. My issue is with the lack of communication with the office staff. Messages left were not acknowledged. Each time that I was able to reach the office it was always "oh, I just talked to him" or "he just found out/or pick it up". If you know that your unit can be fixed on the first day I strongly recommend using David. If you are going to need a return visit, think twice especially in this record heat. David I appreciate you, thank you.
