The fan on the ac unit was frozen . The repairman knew exactly what the issue was he said for the unit it was a known issue . He repaired it in an hour and we now have cold air! Great guy too!

Ian arrived well within the specified window, briefed is on what he would be doing and what to expect when he finished the service. When he finished, he explained what he found and explained various options… including what we might encounter if we chose to do nothing. He showed us numerous pictures to illustrate different issues. Very professional, took care to protect our floors.

I told the company I would be unavailable between 8:30am and 9am. Pulled into my driveway at 8:56am and as I was walking up the steps, the driver pulled away. Guess they have too much business and don’t need the money….

5/31/23 update. They took $189 dollars of my money, replaced a part that wasn’t broken and then stopped returning my calls. This business is a grift. Reporting to the BBB next. Straight up theives.
