The receptionist Ashley was Quick and courteous on scheduling an appointment! And Jennifer was more than patient with collecting our service fee when i lost my checkbook. Also wanted to rave about Ben, great tuneup and very friendly! 5 stars from me!

Just had Michael out to assess our AC issues. Turns out we will need a new unit entirely, as our current one is ancient. Michael came out in 110 degree heat, and we are so grateful for that. Most of all, I want to give a huge thank you and recognize Ashley in the front office, who was so kind and funny and helpful when I called with an emergency AC issue. Ashley was able to get me an appointment during this horrific heat wave, and she was very professional and FUNNY, which I VERY much appreciated. Thank you Ashley and Michael!

I was feeling really frustrated my air conditioner had been down for a week 😡 so I decided to call Reo and Ashley was amazing she went above and beyond for me she tracked my order and she kept me on the loop. REO Installed my A/C last year and missed 7 points on the inspection. We have been told we are lucky our house didn't burn down last winter due to improper fuses placed for the unit. To fix this we have since made 3 appointments and they have yet to show for any of them.
The first excuse was that they were 'overbooked'. The receptionist told us we were the first appointment that day while the tech told us he had 3 appointments ahead of us and couldn't make it before 5pm.
The second excuse was that the 'tech called in sick'. Again we were the 8am appointment and we received this call from Paul the 'General Manager' at 4:30pm. We rescheduled with Paul for 12pm the next day and he assured us he would be there at Noon on the dot.
The third excuse was no excuse. Paul called me at 12:30pm saying he was at the shop and the box containing our parts was missing a piece. He asked if we still wanted his tech to come out and do what they can or if we wanted to reschedule. I told him in no uncertain terms that I wanted someone at my house fixing this issue ASAP. He said someone would be there in 60-90 minutes. 5 Hours later I called and hit his voicemail. He has not answered or returned my calls since.
I have learned from my Home Warranty company that REO has been dropped from their list as a contractor due to shoddy repairs, missed appointments and problems with work orders. They have a new company coming to fix REO's mistakes this week.

My home warranty service assigned them to us and I glad. Ashley got us scheduled in at the last minute for the next day. She was very understanding and made it work which I most appreciate. The technician Mike showed up on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and got straight to work. Had all the equipment and parts and knowledge of what he was doing and got it done in no time. While working on my a/c he gave me tips on things to do to keep ac working and things to look out for when I decide to replace the unit. I highly recommended this company because of my experience with them and will make sure to ask for them again in the future if i need it. And ask for Mike if he's available....Great Technician...

with a lot of these companies you see either 1 or 5 star reviews. my experience through the home warranty process was that they told me ___ (another business) would be calling me, but 2 days later and no call they reassigned us to REO and gave me their number. they called me before i had a chance to call them! Nick and Mikey showed up out of Vacaville and it honestly took them longer to drive to me than it did to replace a motor and get back on the road. thanks, guys

Went through my home warranty to get my A/C unit fixed and it was such a hassle to go through but Reo Mechanical made the process for me as smooth as possible ! Ashley went above and beyond to get the repairs approved to be covered by my warranty company. And even better did the quote/repairs in a timely manner. Its a no brainer who I will call in the future to do any type of work when it comes to my HVAC appliances. Thank You Reo Mechanical for being professional and honoring your word!

REO Mechanical is your company for HVAC! REO Mechanical was able to come out the same day and trouble shoot our problem with our AC. Ashley was professional, friendly and prompt in fitting us in the schedule. She kept us updated each step of the way which was amazing! The technician, Jason, was also professional and took his time to explain what was occurring. He was very knowledgeable.

Overall we will be giving REO Mechanical our business moving forward for all of our HVAC needs!
