Dealt with American Home Shield problems with sending the wrong equipment which was installed by REO who discovered the problem and negotiated for the right equipment. Shielded me from paying costs of AHS and REO mistakes, and did a professional job including fixing problems created by a previous REO contractor. The job was contracted in June and completed Oct. 30. I have a physical condition that is adversely affected by both heat and cold. They listened to what the delays meant for me and responded appropriatly within their powder to do so. Ashley, Jose, and Isaac were exemplorary in taking responsibility and in completing the work professionally.

HEAT WAVE, and our air conditioner breaks! REO gave us great communication and were out the next work day. Repairman was knowledgeable (thanks J.V.) and helpful; had our part right in his truck, and got us back "in the cool" in one visit! The house had gotten up to 95 degrees, so we are extremely grateful! I would recommend this company to anyone.

Bad service. They never call back to follow up with you and you are the one who has to call them. Also, they overcharge for doing services and when you ask them for an invoice, they give you the most stupid invoice ever. My home warranty didn't cover the R22 recharge and they asked me to pay over $400 out of pocket just for that. When I was paying over the phone, I asked them to email me an invoice and few minutes later they sent me an invoice that was just simply saying unit needed R22 and at the bottom says $405 is due!
I emailed them to send me an invoice with breakdown of all services and also the ones that my home warranty has covered, they didn't get back to me. Also, it took 12 days to fix my unit completely and the whole time I had to call my home warranty and REO mechanical to follow up and also remind them that I need my A/C working in summertime.
Don't recommend them at all, even if your home warranty referred you to them, ask them to change the contractor.

REO was a great company to work with. When my AC stopped blowing out cold air, they came and fixed it within a reasonable time. All the technicians and office staff were very friendly and caring!

DO NOT CALL! They were the vendor through our home warranty. They were suppose to contact us within 24 hrs, after a week of not hearing from them, we called. Sent out someone to check who determined we needed a new motor for our a/c they would order and let us know when it came in. After 3 more weeks of not hearing anything we called them and set up an appointment and were told that it would be an additional charge of $139. Called the home warranty company who said they were not authorized to charge us anything other than our initial service fee. Another 2 weeks have gone by and still no call to set up installation appointment. Guess it doesn't matter now anyway since we don't even need a/c anymore!

We were very pleased with the service from REO. They were assigned to us through our home warranty company. REO called us to set up a service call and arrived during the specified time frame. The repairman was professional and fixed the problem. He explained what the problem was. There were no surprises and no extra charges. Thank you for the great service!

Reo went above and beyond for me and my family. Ashley was able to squeeze ne into a last minute appointment and preston came out diagnosed the problem but eas too busy to come back but ashley was able to send anorher tech in the same day! Ben was quick and we had heating just before the weekend. Thanks reo!

To start off, the receptionists are very rude. Our heater wasnt working, and their solution was to turn the valve connected to our hot water. So we found out that night when we tried to take a shower that our hot water no longer worked because of this. Fast forward 1.5 weeks of no hot water later, they come back out to fix it, and I let them know ahead of time it's the piping that needs to be fixed and not the valve, since we should be able to have both hot water and a heater, not one or the other. Receptionist said she would leave a note and that the mechanic carries the parts on his truck. Guy comes out and let's us know he fixed the hot water by turning the valve. Explained that now we won't have heater again. He explained what the issue was with the piping but didn't offer a solution or fix the issue, just showed us how to turn the valve.

I called up REO to fix my heater. The heater needed parts so they ran out to the parts house right then so my family would have heat that night. I would definitely call this company again!!! Thank-you REO for going the extra mile for our family in a time of need!!!!!
