After having a big name company come out to diagnose and charging me $200 for the visit without the ability to repair, Brown Heating and Air properly diagnosed the issue with my furnace as a faulty ignitor and had the parts in stock to get my family all warmed up for these cold evenings, Thank You!!

Jeremy and the team are great. They're easy to work with, take good care of me, and it's a nice family run business that's a pleasure to do business with. They're a small staff with a big workload so sometimes I need to check in but they always jump on my jobs and mobilize the crew to take care of me. Jaime has been great managing permits and back office and Devin does all my installs. They all do a great job communicating with me and working alongside us on our projects. Highly recommend!
