From the get-go I received great service from Rick Morales their Sales Rep and the guys who helped install the system Tanner, Elijah and "Q" made it go smooth. The cost was affordable and the guys really took effort to make sure everything was done right. Definitely recommend and will continue doing business with them.

Jeremy came out to my home where another company stated my HVAC system had been installed incorrectly. Since the system was installed several years earlier with no issues, I became suspicious and called Browns. After 20 minutes Jeremy told me I had a loose wire, and the system was up and running. My cost was significantly less with Browns and Jeremy was honest about the repair saving me a significant amount of money. I have been using them for the last several years and recommend them to my clients as well. I have never had any suspicions with Browns Heating and Air.
