Very professional and polite,the tech listened to what had to say and did the job in a timely manner. If I could give them a higher rating then a 5, I would. I would recommend them to everyone . AC Plus is a honest company and that's hard to find know a days.

We recently purchased a cabin in the Big Bear Mountains. An older cabin, we ourselves were unable to upgrade the older thermostat to a wireless one. I called AC Plus and they had somebody in Big Bear on the day that I needed, which happened to be immediately before Snowmaggedon hit, where the mountain received 5 - 8 feet of snow in a week. The technician, Omar, was professional and installed the thermostat pretty easily.

Unfortunately, I couldn't connect the thermostat to my phone to be able to monitor remotely. Omar kept me up to date during the major storm, which was above and beyond. If this type of service isn't service, I don't know what is. I can't thank this company and Omar enough - they have earned my business for life. I found this company online and am so glad that I did - you won't be disappointed.

Omar clean the and serve the AC getting.. He did a great job. He was polite explained everything that he had done showed me pictures of the work and I'm very happy.

My A/C PLUS HEATING AND AIR GUYS WERE FANTASTIC. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND TIMELY, VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. IT WAS A PLEASURE HAVING THEM HERE AND NOW I HAVE CONTROL OF MY OWN CLIMATE.
MY 20 YEAR PLUS OLD SYSTEM WAS REPLACED. THANX AGAIN A/C PLUS. 🥰🎉(🥵🥶, no more too hot and too cold. Like Goldie Locks, it's JUST RIGHT.)

Scott was great he was on time very friendly He was very thorough He explained everything he did he showed us video of what he did and how it was working he was just awesome I will recommend this business to everyone.

The person that came to check my swamp cooler was great, professional, communicative and over all a nice guy..

After a year of service from installation to maintenance, I renewed the service agreement for other year. All has been good with the AC/heater unit this past year as well as the service technicians.
