AC Plus Heating & Air

AC Plus has always gotten back to us quickly and treated our home respectfully. They don’t upsell or push to make unnecessary repairs. They put in a new evaporative system for us a few years back and new ducts into bedrooms and upducts. We are very happy with the work and appreciate their honesty.

Tech Devin arrived as scheduled, explained the issue with one of the heater furnace in the attic...
( I tried fixing it myself last year but was unsuccessful :-(. Upon inspection, it was determined that the gas valve was clogged and needed replacing. He gave me some options on what I can do, I decided to have the repair done by AC Plus. He went to pick up the part, returned, had difficulty removing the valve portion, had to disconnect the pipe section that holds the valve, then needed to go to the shop to use a vice in order to disconnect the valve from the pipe. He completed the repair and the unit works like it should again. I appreciate his explanation of the problem and going above and beyond to get the job done right and to my satisfaction. I'm very happy with his professionalism and the service he performed... ( AND of course the senior discount! ;-)

Matt was single handedly the nicest and most knowledgeable maintenance worker I have ever come into contact with. He should be training the rest of the staff to be like him, wow!!!
