Doug was the best! Very kind and made sure I understood everything that was happening with my AC unit. He fixed it in about 30 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. So thankful for such great service in Redding!

Doug came out and fixed our air conditioner!!! I called at 7 AM Saturday morning. He came at 9 o'clock, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the parts. He was friendly, helpful, and explained the problem-- a professional in every sense of the word, great customer service. I highly recommend this company.
