Annual check up. Very courteous and friendly technicians that showed up at time provided. Liked receiving text message when they were on their way.

It all started with problems with the ac in the middle of summer and they were the ones that agreed to come check the unit. The unit had two problems. Parts had to be ordered but the service guy set it up to work until the parts came in. At that time I purchased a maintenance agreement and in the fall they came out and checked the furnace part of the unit. Found that the second stage had never been hooked up and took care of that problem. Both service guys in my opinion were great. I do recommend this company.

My air conditioner was having problems on a Wednesday so I call Redding heating and air and mind you this is when Redding was have a really bad heat wave and the awesome lady answered the phone and got someone out to my house the next day. The technician came to my house checked my air conditioner and even got into my attic when it was a 110 plus degrees outside and found a bad return duct. They also came out the next day and fixed it. One of the best technicians and also the best office staff I have ever had the opportunity to do business with. I will tell everyone I know to use this company for your air conditioning needs. Thank you for stepping up and for taking care of my problem.

Today is Monday and I had a Quiet Cool whole house fan installed last Thursday and I have used it every night since then! and I LOVE IT!!!! I was searing for a way to cut some costs on my bills and my city of Redding bill is always so high. I can't wait to see what it will be in the future because I am no longer running my AC at night. I use my whole house fan. Alfredo & Tory were awesome too. professional and cleaned up after themselves. they swept and vacuumed up the mess from the install. Thank you Redding Heating & Air. I love love love my new whole house fan (did I say it enough lol)

I had a 5 unit mini split installed right before the peak of Summer and it was the best decision of my life, it is so quiet, the guys that helped me names were Troy and Robert, and they did such a beautiful job. The heat and the cooling is so efficient
