They were courteous, prompt and let us know what was happening with either a call or a text message. They sent out two repair guys and had the problem fixed quickly.

Eric sent Riley out. He went right to it, touched 2 things and knew what was wrong. He replaced my thermostat and everything is working. Riley was here maybe 20 minutes. Quick, efficient and a job done right.

Outstanding Service! Redding Heating and Air came out the same day that I called and fixed everything right up. They provided exceptional customer service from the gal who answered the phone and made the appointment to the technicians who made the repairs. It was nice to see such a professional bunch of people for a change. Pricing was very reasonable and less than other quotes I had gotten. I would recommend this company and will use them again next time I need services.

Amazing! I can't say enough how grateful I am to the Redding Heating & Air team. Helpful, kind, and quickly got my AC unit fixed in the middle of a Redding CA heatwave! They were able to get to me days before anyone else and even provided a portable AC unit to get us through the night. Great people, great service!
