They were great ! We had to have our heater repaired and they were able to come out the day after I called them by I don't know pure luck or something I'm not sure but it was wonderful for me because the other four places I had called the earliest somebody could get out was 3 weeks the gentleman came wasn't sure if they had the part in stock or not or had to be ordered which would have been fine you would have taken a couple days I guess but they had it so he went and picked it up from their warehouse or whatever it came back fixed it and was gone I don't think he was in the house more than 15 minutes tops maybe 20 with looking at it and then going and getting the other thing too they were really quick amazing the part cost more than anything else did but that's okay our heater works again.

Our swamp cooler stopped working Saturday afternoon. I called Monday morning and they had someone out and the problem fixed the SAME DAY. incredibly helpful, kind, polite, and accommodating. I very much appreciate their incredible service!

We recently had Riley from Redding Heat & Air repair our AC. He was on time, professional and quick. He had our AC up and running in no time. He also went above and beyond and brought my trash can in from the street. I highly recommend this company!

Redding Heating and Air installed a complete new mini split system, whole house fan, attic insulation and solar fans. Jesse, Blaine, Joseph, and Alfredo were extremely nice, friendly, helpful , knowledgeable and professional. My dogs even enjoyed having them here.

I was a lucky boy yesterday; winning a free maintenance service call. The tech was fantastic and knowledgeable and ultimately explained away my concerns for my ancient unit. I plan to make Redding Heating and Air my biannual go to company. I’m planning on an upgrade to modern systems soon.

Dave and his partner (didn't get name, sorry) was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough in conducting my annual maintenance on my HVAC system. They did what was necessary without any additional sales or gimmicks, which was totally stress free.
