I decided the time was right to have my swamp cooler replaced and I knew exactly who to call, Redding Heating & Air. Barbara in the office answered all my questions and worked quickly to get me scheduled. They are professional, on time and kept me informed on everything that was done. This is a great company and the owner has a big heart, he's also involved in many community activities. Thank you!

Called this HVAC company on a hot Friday afternoon, said they could squeeze me in on the same day when other companies were weeks out! Their professionalism, fairness, transparency, very courtesy, and most important effectiveness was all outstanding. Highly recommend this company for any HVAC services. They also offer a bi-annual maintenance program to make sure your system is maintained over the years. Great company

Company charged me $600 to fix my AC two days later AC stopped working. Wanted to charge me more money to fix the AC again after I was reassured that it wouldn’t have anymore problems. Company is just trying to get more and more money out of people when they should of fixed all the problems at once instead of making me pay two times for a $140 diagnosis. Extremely unsatisfied with the service I received. Do not recommend this company.

This may be the best quality service we've ever experienced. Rob and Barbara are top quality. Barbara was knowledgable, professional and pleasant when she took all the information about our a/c units and Master Cooler and scheduled us promptly within a few days for preventive maintenance. And Rob who came to service the equipment was knowledgable, thorough, professional and willing to answer all our questions. He also took the time to educate us on how to run the Master Cooler to our best advantage and when to switch to the a/c. Expect this will be the best money we spend all year. Highly recommend Redding Heating &Air without reservation!

They provided excellent service! The tech personally provided two portable heaters for us to use until the work was completed. I would recommend their service to my neighbors.

Was charged a huge markup for the refrigerant. Over 4 times the current market price. Was told by RHA that "prices have gone up", no, they haven't gone up that much. I would never use this company again. Pricing scam by RHA.

It had been 10 years or more since we had our home heating system checked and ready for winter use. Redding Heating & Air came on time and did a through job making sure our system was ready for winter. We appreciate the time they spent keeping our system in tiptop shape.
