Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

Very friendly and kind people, but they have the most expensive plumbing estimates I have seen. $250 to reset a toilet?! That means $10 for parts and $240 for labor. Cost to install a bathroom sink (already own the parts/fixture)…. $220 each!
Like I said, nice people. They do a great job on my AC, but believe the costs are a bit extreme on the home services side.

Their bid for our new furnace was extremely competitive and lower priced than the other vendor we were working with. They installed on time and were very clean and professional. There was an issue with our thermostats and they came back the following day at no extra charge to make it right. Highly recommend Jazz!

Very pleased with Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing. They installed a new air conditioner and furnace along with new ductwork. Work was completed in 2 days and done very professionally. The work site was left clean. They were very good at answering our questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this work done.

Chris Simmons of Jazz Home Service is a very nice expert on home AC. He came on schedule, did a quick diagnostic on my home AC, and explained to me what caused the problem and what he could do to fix that. I asked him several questions and got satisfactory answers. Called at 9:30 this morning for an appointment for a leaky water heater, got a window of 10-12 for a technician to be here and by 10:30 Giovanni was here and started replacing our water heater. It took him under two hours to get us back up and working again. Super fast, professional, and quality work completed.

Great experience, I’ve used them a few times and the technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable. Love the modern tools as well such as texting, tracking arrival of the techs, and online presence.

Sonny greeted me and introduced himself nicely when he arrived at my front door and had explained maintenance program they are offering. I gladly accepted the offer and he started AC maintenance throughly. He answered all the questions I asked. Great job and I look forward to seeing him again for heater maintenance in fall or winter.
