Ricky was my tech. Showed up on time very punctual and professional. Did the maintenance to our hvac and replaced our filter on our furnace. He was very informative and didn’t try to up sell us on anything.

Roberto is great! He has great knowledge and know exactly what he is doing. He is very patient and takes his time to explain the process and answer all the questions that the cumbersome has. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

For various reasons the furnace installation couldn’t be executed as originally designed. The crew came up with a solid (less complex) solution, and Danny our sales rep made a very fair price reduction without any haggling nonsense.

Zachary is super friendly. He patiently go through the work performed and what areas I need to watch out. First time using them and I feel they are very professional and trustworthy.

The Jazz Hero Team #5 (Cody, Brian and Chris) were absolutely fantastic. They were able to come earlier than originally estimated, installed a new heating system with a digital thermostat, very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. We opted for Jazz after considering others serving our location. It’s been a great experience with a professional group at Jazz. The quote process was seamless and the sales representative was responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We went with AC as well as Heater installation and the team Hero did a great job with the installation. Only one thing that we would have liked is a concrete slab over gravel stones for the base of the outdoor HVAC unit.

We worked with Jazz back to 2019 to install the new HVAC system in our house and 2 Nest Thermostats. Everything turned out well and we were happy about the result.

A couple of days one of Nest Thermostats lost WIFI connection. After talking to Google Nest support, they confirmed the unit needs a replacement. I contacted Jazz and they were able to send their technician right next day to come to replace this broken thermostat. The technician’s name is Steve. He is very professional and friendly. We had a good conversation during repair time as well. Now the replacement thermostat is working and everything is back to normal in my house.

Overall, I am happy with Jazz’s service quality and I would recommend them!

I"m now on my second year of using Jazz semi-annual maintenance service ... they're fantastic. On this cycle I had Sergio as my field service tech to install a new motor and capacitor in a Carrier unit. The services spanned over 2 days -- very moderate costs, fully explained and physically shown the components and the fix, all in a timely, pain free manner. A very dependable service provider.

Zachary was friendly, followed all COVID safety guidelines and was very efficient. He got our A/C up and running within 30 minutes! He also explained what the issue was and followed-up to repair a minor tear to our attic trim. It was a total accident but we appreciate that he cared enough to take care of it!

I love this company! They are so professional and experienced. Tina in the office is always right on top of things and they treat you like part of their team. The best part of my experience is my technician JUSTIN. The first time i called my air was not working he came and it was something so minor i was embarrassed i called. He made it seem like it was good that i called and explained everything i could do going forward to prevent the problem. He gave me good options and never pressured me to buy anything but i ended up purchasing a maintenance contract and my service call that day was added into the price so it cost me nothing.

I just had my first scheduled maintenance for the heater and Justin was my technician again. He is so knowledgeable and explained everything and the best part about JAZZ is they give you a two hour window and then they follow up when he is on his way but then they add a link where you can track his arrival on the map. I LOVE THIS COMPANY!
