Jazz Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing

I have contacted numerous other companies to do this job: make my forced air heating system operate such that I can turn on just the fan on hot days. Its a question of the thermostat having been installed years ago with two wires instead of three, according to you-tubes i looked at. I have been told by other companies everything from “that’s not possible” to “that will cause your furnace to blow up” to “that will cost over $500.” However, Justin, the service person who came to my home, had a specific kit to re-wire the thermostat, which he did in less than an hour and at less than half the other price quote. He was super pleasant and professional. And now I will have cool air blowing throughout my house all summer at the flip of a convenient switch! I am very jazzed about Jazz!

Organized and stands behind their work. We had a City of Oakland inspector requesting details which a homeowner could not easily answer, but Jazz handled the entire matter quickly and efficiently.

We had a unique problem that required a redesign of our existing HVAC system and hot water tank. JAZZ was able to provide a solution. We are very happy with the service that was provided and would not hesitate to recommend the company. If the situation arises we would not hesitate to call them.

I am impressed. I not only received a confirmation e-mail but also a reminder. Then a call to say the tech could come early. That was great. A message that he was on the way. He came totally protective due to Covid19. He took less than an hour to fix the problem. He also said that our lid to the ceiling entrance broke and he would be back to replace it. I thought that was above and beyond. He came back later in the day and put a new cover in. I will certainly use them again!
