Sergio the Tech came out on Monday 3/21/22. He respected the house and wore foot coverings and had a great professional attitude for a 8am service call on Monday. He showed me exactly what the problem was. It was as simple as replacing the filter. Duh on me who knew. 😆 Thanks Sergio you are very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use Jazz Home Services again.

Very professional and responsive. I highly recommend their maintenance program. For a low monthly fee they come out and give your system a full inspection / tune up multiple times a year, at no extra charge (unless parts are needed). They also give members priority service. Fantastic business, very fair, straightforward, and competent — we will stay with Jazz!

We purchased a new heater/air conditioner from jazz last summer. We did comparison-shop and found them to be the best value. We were very happy with the original installation. Today I had reason to request a technician to check some thing and they arranged a visit the same day, found the cause of noise (loose vent, not actually their responsibility) and fixed it immediately. The tech Steve was polite/friendly and covid safe. My original sales rep Daniel set up the service call via email, another convenient customer service action.
