Had a water logged furnace when the electricity recently went out. The appintment was eady, staff was very responsive and pleasant. I liked the fact thatvif you hired them you got the evaluation fee applied to the repair cost. Steve came out for the initial evaluation and with another tech for the installation of a new ciruit board and mini maintenance to dry things out. The cost was reasonable and I signed up for a later maintenance and cleaning in the autumn.

Steve also went through my options for adding an air purifier or HEPA filter attachment to my existing furnace thoroughly at my request...no trying to upsell the repair appointment. Cudo.

As I told Steve, it's seldom I can say that a contractor was excellent on all counts! I will definitely contact them when this old furnace needs replacing. Thanks!

They sent a guy named Sammy over. In about 5 minutes he figured out what 3 different handymen had no clue about. A pleasure to work with, and I feel really good about this company.

My water heater stopped working and Jazz sent Roberto to fix it for me. Roberto is very professional and definitely know his job! He knows clearly how water heaters work and fixed it in less than 30 minutes! I am pleased and satisfied at the professional service received.

Justin was amazing. Showed up and we talked through the issues I was having and he got right to it. He was efficient and professional and most of all great w my protective dog. He let her run and smell him so she didn't bark the whole time and he even played w her for a few minutes!
