We made an appointment online for the next available option (about 3 days later) Our service guy Brent was amazing. He offered to come by same day when he heard our hot water heater was leaking and came by the next day (in triple digit heat) to get the old one swapped out. Professional, honest, and went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t have a flooded garage while we waited for the swap.

Just had a new heater installed and the service was fantastic. Not only am I sick with a cold; I was able to remain in my room laying down the entire time. What a relief this is as I won’t have to worry about getting the pilot light re-started again. They did a great job and in a very short period of time.

Scott was great all the way from fixing my old furnace to scheduling and finalizing new furnace and AC installation. My old furnace stopped working at end of February and Jazz dispatched Scott to my home on Sunday to fix it. Scott was very professional and friendly explaining the problem and getting it running again to save my family from living in cold. At the same time, he recommended to replace quite old HVAC systems with newer and more efficient ones. Jazz installation team also did great job to have them installed and provide detailed instructions how to operate new systems. In general, I am very pleased and satisfied with professional and dedicated services from Scott and Jazz installation team, despite I have some reservation on their inflexible payment process.

Our heater went kaput during the winter storm and Jazz accommodated our urgent request for a diagnosis and then ultimately a replacement. Our experience was seamless! Daniel Mendoza was our primary contact and he was amazing. He was quick to respond and even helped us over the weekend to expedite the fix. The crew who did the diagnosis and fix were also professional and great communicators. Highly recommend!

Jesus, Pedro, Victor, and their team installed our new heat pump in two days flat. They were organized, fast, and detail oriented. It was incredible to see them build the whole system in such a short time with thoughtful finishes, like installing LED lights in the crawl space and building a platform for the outdoor unit. Plus they were all great to work with. Thanks, guys!

Called Jazz to get a quote for installing the heat pump and I can say it is the best decision I've made on HVAC installation. Daniel from Jazz came in the next day and sent me the quote in the evening. The quote was the best one among all the quotes I received for the project. Jazz at that point was running free duct work installation which itself is a very expensive job when done separately.

Jazz took 2 days to install the heat pump and ducts; Everything looks very neat and professional. Title 24 test and city inspection were both easy as 1,2,3.

All things considered, jazz did a tremendous job and I highly recommend them for any HVAC work for your home or office. Special shout out to Daniel for patiently answering all the questions on heat pumps and other electrical components involved.

Had water heater repaired with Jazz last year and just had our HVAC system replaced with them as well. Both services were prompt. All techs were knowledgeable and very helpful with the process. 10/10 would recommend!

Highly recommended! New water heater installed within 48 hours. Did my homework as I got quotes from 4 highly reviewed companies. Chose Jazz to do the job. (or Boom Water heaters - Jazz’s sister company). Excellent work, on-time, highly competent and friendly technician, and fairly priced. Left the job site spotless and hauled away old unit. Plus, better warranty than others. Brent Daniels did the installation. He was great and very personable.

Technician Sonny assessed my old system. He was nice, professional, and explained everything to me. Codey and Row did installation. They were professional and pleasant. They showed up on time, completed the work on time, worked quietly, cleaned up after themselves, explained how the new system works and answered all my questions. It's to early to review how the new system is running, but so far our family is warm and happy...Great job JAZZ...I would referr your service to friends and family!!!
