Wow! Timely, Reliable, & Honest.(My favorite qualities about this company) Great service and professionalism from staff and techs from start to finish. My roof top split unit was about 30yrs old and the heater was going out constantly, its 40° at night currently so I needed help fast. Feather River Aire came out and replaced my old unit with an energy-efficient unit and I have no complaints at all. I wish I can give a 100 star review for Feather River Aire. My family and I thank you so much for keeping us warm this winter and for many more to come. Will recommend Feather River Aire to anyone that needs a good old fashioned honest HVAC company.

New A/C and furnace installed in less than a day, very good pricing, very respectful! What more could you ask for. Thank you Feather River Aire and Jason for an awesome job and nice cold air!

AC quit working on the hottest day yet of the year (just my luck). One quick call and they sent a young guy named Joe to fix it. He was on time and very professional, not only that but he had my AC working faster than I could've imagined with parts he had with him on his van (I had expected to have to wait to order parts so this was a very pleasant surprise) all in all a great experience and I know who I'm going to ask for the next time I have an issue.

I can't say eough good things about the service, had an emergency that had me worried. Technician Brendon came and thoroughly explained to me what was wrong being that my furnace was old, he still managed to get it working properly. Heard many good things about them and believe me it's all true! I highly recommend Feather River Aire, cause they rock.

Excellent experience with Andrew in diagnosing and repairing my ancient (1988) Rheem A/C system. Can't recommend him and Feather River Aire enough and will be contacting them again next spring for a quote on a new installation.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and help prevent my system from future damages by educating us and letting us know what he was doing etc. Would highly recommend Feather River Aire.

This company is very responsive and professional. My unit was not working, they came and diagnosed it and gave me a honest feed back. They told me the issue was that a part was no longer being made and I would eventually need a new unit. They were able to give my unit temporary fix. Later my unit really broke down in the hot summer! When my unit broke they came and give me a reasonable price. They were super quick and replace my unit. I called on Thursday and by Monday evening I had a new unit running and cooling my home again. I would definitely use them again.

Now that's how you run Business the owner of the company Jason called me explained how much they value their customers and wanted to be sure that I was taken care of properly. Sent technician out right away took care of all my problems AC works great . They're the Only company that's work on my unit for 10 years and that is not going to change. They absolutely want to be sure that their customers are taken care of and are happy and satisfied. Great job Feather river Aire. They are the best around thank you Jason.

Opted to pay extra for weekend service. Technician determined a part was needed and they would get back to me in 2 business days with an estimate. They haven't called back. It's been more than two weeks.
