Kyle did a great job replacing our leaky hot water heater on very short notice. I sent him pics of the old one and he was able to give me a quote over the phone. The great thing is he noticed the old one was still under warranty and contacted the manufacturer and was able to get a credit which he deducted from the bill. Sweet! I definitely recommend!

Kyle is fantastic. Prompt. Honest. Communication was spot on. He kept me updated every step of the way and explained things to me that made sense. Definitely 5(+) stars!

I had a 36 year old, propane-fueled 40 gallon water heater tank that was starting to leak. Before that, it had only required the standard 7 year replacement of thermocouplers. Originally, I had wanted to just get it replaced with a new one. But , after learning more through Kyle, I ended up going with the endless hot water tank. Kyle is the specialist who bid the job for Water Heater Specialist and at SO much more of a reasonable and competitive price than others out there. You really need to shop around because there are people charging double to TRIPLE out there, justifying the exorbitant rates with a “lifetime warranty” for equipment that requires very little maintenance. In the end, it makes absolutely no sense to pay 2-3X for a hot water heater. I am SO glad I called Water Heater Specialists!

The Water Heater specialists came and switched out our tank to a tankless water heater. They were very professional and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them.

Kyle was very helpful. He came to my house right away on an emergency call. He diagnosed my issue and completely replaced my water heater same day. He is very honest and knows what he is doing. I will never call anyone else for my water repair needs.

Kyle was very responsive once assigned to my warranty claim for my leaky faucet.
He stayed in touch when scheduling shifted and was patient with me when I had a bunch of questions and was struggling with my home warranty company. He even checked back in to make sure everything was handled and I was satisfied.
