I have used Feather River Aire for over 10 years and have had five AC systems installed. One time, and one time only, I used another company to do some work and I will never make that mistake again. I have had the following work completed by Feather River Aire:

1) New construction with duct work.
2) Replacement of old system and duct work
3) mini-split system for a converted garage
4) 2 split system attic replacements; big, difficult jobs

After all the construction I have done on my homes over the years, the only constant contractor I used was Feather River Aire. I have watched this company grow from Jason as a one man show to now, where the staff continues the pattern of great service. I will use them again, but since they have done all the work, I never need to call for repairs. Do not look for another HVAC company, Feather River is all you will ever need.

I am seriously so happy with the job they have done. Some of the kindest customer service ever. They literally got out here and put in our unit so fast and was so clean about it, which was highly appreciated. They still randomly check on us and make sure we are happy with our unit. Highly recommend them to any one looking for quality service.

Called them and they came to fix our home AC unit. We were very please with how Steve focused on the problem and found the issue on our old unit. He soon found what the problem was and ordered the parts for it. Glad to have such a quick response company as well as a friendly understanding employee. Thanks Steve, for a job well done. I know you will be back when the parts come in to keep us cool again.

Extremely poor customer service. I called to get a quote for cleaning my ac unit, i was told that I should throw away my unit and buy another one. Apparently they are too good to work on window units, and lack the customer service skills necessary to be polite to a potential customer. I plan on upgrading to a central system in the near future, at least now I know who not to call.

This company has gone above and beyond. They came out to fix my unit a few years ago and said it could of been almost $500 but instead of just charging me that the tech said that one part was still in great shape didn’t charge me for it and got it done in a timely manner. I then referred them to my nieghbor and they installed a complete system in about a day in a half!!! She’s loves it! Thank you for the great service!

My name is Dave, I am a retired electrician and have had some experience in air conditioning. It's not the most pleasant job because most of the time you're working under the worst conditions, usually either extreme heat or cold and rainy days.
The technician that came to service our A/C unit { John Brubaker } came out during the time we are still living under, the pandemic.
He kept his distance and didn't shake my hand but it was totally understandable during this time. He was polite and courteous.

This company has seviced both my AC Unit snd my furnace over the past several years. I had an emergency during a summer heat spell, and they came off hours so that I would have air conditioning. They didnt charge any extra service fee and had it fixed by that weekend evening. I also had a furnace problem that was diagnosed after trying everything. The owner came up and said they would find it and talked with the tech and brainstormed, while st the same time letting me know that none of it was any extra cost for the time. They fixed the problem, and explained to me what they went through to find it.... all too technical for me,but appreciated. They do yearly service and cleaning of A/C unit, and never try to sell me anything, they actually fixed some tears in ducting and did not charge. I was given advice that my current unit was going to be working hard after an add-on of 900 square feet, and again no scare tactic no trying to sell anything, but rather informational with advice on how to be more efficient. I believe that anyone who bad mouths this company has some other motives, you just dont find service companies with this much professional integrity in any industry.
