Feather River heating and air gets one star only because Google will not let me leave review without giving at least one. Feather River heating and air came out to my house twice to install a wall furnace as well as tune up my swamp cooler on my roof this was back in January and upon using my cooler on a hot day of almost a hundred degrees I realized that the swamp cooler was not working so I went up on the roof to check it out and realize that it was Janked together with a new motor and belt only on it, not the new pads pump or other things that they were supposed to do and they charged for. I called them back they came out to the place and attempted to fix it only making matters worse by putting screws and bolts in places they dont go. They put the pads on incorrectly both times making very difficult to remove them and get them off and they also damaged the cooler by putting bolts in to attempt to hold it up rather than replacing they motor bracket that they should have done to hold the motor together to the cooler the technician that came out was over two and a half hours late making me have to cancel most of my things I had to do that day did not give a courtesy call to let me know that he'd be running behind and the manager also said he would come out and check out that work that the technician did previously to my cooler which he never did nor did I ever get the follow-up call it was promised about the work that was done Feather River heating and air would get -10 Stars if Google would let me do it. I urge you all to save your money call another company as you will not have to pay as much after Feather River heating and air comes out because you have to replace your items they also did not install my heater correctly as the wire for the thermostat that they were supposed to run through the roof they just stapled to the wall and literally the next day if had fallen down and I had to re staple it up the professionalism is not there the quality is not there nor is their punctuality this is by far the worst heating and air experience I have ever had in my entire life I cannot believe the damage that they did to my cooler and the incorrect way of putting it back together they do not know what they are doing call someone who does.

Our family would like to give a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Jason Nyberg and the crew at Feather River Heating & Air for putting in a beautiful new HVAC system in our house today! They used the existing ducting system from our 30 year old heater with some upgrades, and sealed up the nasty swamp cooler vent system. Now we have clean, fresh, ❄️COOL❄️ air flowing through our house. All that done in about 8 hrs! This will be a great upgrade for our son Jeremiah’s asthma and my hubby Larry’s COPD. My hot flashes are also very grateful! We HIGHLY recommend Feather River Heating and Air in Oroville!

Great service, callwd to have our AC unit looked at, could have had same day service call! Wow! Next day was better for us. Technician was prompt and knowledgable, he was able to have our AC running with in 20 mins or so and it was HOT!!! The tech saved the day! Will use again.

Honest, reliable and they treat you like it was their family without a working AC unit. Very professional explained everything and even text us later in the afternoon for a follow up to see how the unit was performing in the heat of the day!

Called on a monday waited till thursday for a diagnostic. Tech came in did his job but didnt file a field report. I had to call monday morning to set another appointment and even get a part order that should have been ordered 4 days ago now i have to wait over 3 weeks from the day i first called to have my ac fixed. Its been in the hundreds last 2 weeks and is not cooling off. Thanks feather river. Awesome customer service.
