The HVAC service I received was excellent. Chuck and Rob were the two technicians that installed a mini split system in my home. They showed professionalism and skill. They gave me clear instructions and answered all my queries. The mini split system is amazing and keeps my home super cozy and comfortable 24 seven. Knowing that my wife and seven month old baby are going to be nice and cool in the summer and warm in the winter gives me peace of mind. Mini splits are ductless, they are highly more efficient than a clunky window unit, and works perfect for our place.

Embers Heating and Air was recommended highly by a friend and they definitely lived up to every thing she said. I called to get a system upgrade quote because my system wasn't keeping my house as cool as it used to. Dan came out and did an assessment of my unit to say that it is working perfectly. I explain to him that my unit used to maintain a cooler temperature and isn't any more. So Dan goes and crawls under the house and found my duct was ripped. main supply duct had 10-in hole ripped in it blowing the air into the void underneath the house. Dan sealed the inner duct with butyl tape, then sealed the outer foil dock with butyl tape and also went along the entire line looking for air leaks. Dan found one at the junction below rear bedrooms and fixed it also. My husband and I will be scheduling a full duct replacement with Embers soon and I will continue to give my business to them.

If you're one of the many people like me and my wife. Dealing with those brutal butte county summers, then you'd know what im talking about. But most AC companies in the area are unreliable or overpriced, when I found out about this new kid on the block. My wife was ecstatic, not only were they professional but they were courteous. We can now say they've brought the warm of the holidays to our house. Ember's Heating & Air, Keeps their cool while bringing the heat!
