This company called me with an offer for maintenance of my ac system. I usually say no but I took a chance and agreed to the offer. The man who came out is named Sean and I can’t believe how awesome he was, he was honest, helpful and so nice. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need!! What a refreshing change from other companies. Sean did point out a few things that needed attention but also explained it could wait a while too. He really went above and beyond answering all my questions and he took a lot of time going through my system. I felt so confident that I purchased their shamrock plus care membership, I would encourage anyone to look at this membership as it’s a great deal with lots of offers. I have a hard time trusting companies but I can say now with confidence I will use Gallaghers because of Sean. I am sure others are great too but I only met Sean. Good honest company it’s so refreshing.

They were timely, gave us a great deal (we got a total of four bids and they came in with the best rate, quickest install date, and the better model of AC). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I am very disappointed. Our AC quit in August and Benjamin came out (he was amazing) to check everything out. Yes we needed a new unit, new duct work, etc. So, Ryan came out and went over everything. After the AC was installed, it worked excellent everywhere but our Master bed/bath. It felt like a sauna. Called them up and they sent some over to check it out. They told us we needed to install another return air system in our Master bedroom and that would take care of it. So, we paid more money because who wants to sleep in a HOT bedroom. After they installed the 2nd return air, it didn't fix the problem. Instead we now have high humidity throughout our whole house. Anywhere from 58%-62% . Now they send out a third party to see what the issue is. They will contact us after the results are in. After three weeks my husband contacted them and said someone will call you the next day. No one called. It is like they took our money and don't care anymore. I am very upset that we chose Gallagher's Heating & Air Conditioning. It seems all they are wanting is money. This is all going on while the country is shut down. It's like all they wanted was money and not to help fix the problem. I am very disappointed. I would look for a different company.
