Got several quotes from ither companies but glad i chose baileys

I had them replace two ac units and furnace on my house with a mother in law living space. They did an absolutely great job as well when i had questions or an issue they would send someone out right away. Also schedule my appointments for the maintenance that i forgot all about.

It’s about 105 degrees outside not ideal for your AC to go out. I was referred by a friend to Bailey’s and as you may imagine they were pretty backed up. But they called me back and fit me in days earlier. Curtis was polite, explained what the problem was , fixed it and almost instantly I felt the cool air coming out! Wonderful job! Also last but certainly not least the receptionist was so nice and gave me great customer service. Keep up the good work!! You’re now one of my permanent contacts.

I called for an initial evaluation and estimate of repairs to my air conditioner. The office staff was friendly and professional, followed up with an email and text confirmation of my appointment, and called the day of to inform me of the technician's scheduled arrival.

The technician himself was professional and very knowledgeable about the equipment and my options for repair, clearly explaining at every step.

I would recommend Bailey's to friends, and will use their service again.

Joey was extremely professional during the time he was at my home assessing my air conditioner. He was extremely clear with what needed to be done and provided me a quote of the work that was needed. He also informed me of the 15% discount I would receive as a new customer signing up for the service agreement contract.

With COVID-19 pandemic, he assured me that he takes ALL the necessary precautions when he needs to enter my home.

All Bailey's service people who have come to my house have been courteous, professional and efficient. I always suggest Bailey's to my friends when they are needing heater or AC care.Jacob Thompson is so knowledgeable and conscientious. He explained exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. It was a lengthy process and he will return to complete the job when additional parts are in stock.

Always prompt and professional. Plus he was concerned about my dogs in the back yard. They installed my system and have maintained it since installation. They take time to report what they did.

So far, great service. STEVE A came to my home for an eval, he was casual, and professional. Look forward to what he plans up for my family!

The technician opened up the unit, and he immediately know what the issue is, then he did through maintenance on the blowers, voila, everything start working like it should, great service! Will use again for sure.
