Our AC stopped working and they were able to be out within just a couple of days after we placed a work order with our property management. The company was very nice and responsive when I called to find out the status of service. The vendor came out and went above and beyond to ensure our AC was fixed for this heat wave that we are having this weekend. He could have made us wait for the part to come in but found the part went to another town to get it and came back to install it. I would recommend everyone that needs service to go through this company for their HVAC needs. We surely appreciate everything they did for us!

Unprofessional employees and unorganized front desk. Paid for a new circuit board through an employee who just took the money, then the part when out not even 3 months later and the company can’t help me because they didn’t get the money even though I have every screenshot showing I paid their employee. Now being told I have to buy a whole new unit because the manufacturer doesn’t make the part anymore. Plus I was told even if I bought a part the part has a warranty of however long the unit has and their work is only warranted 90 days. Don’t bother with this company.

They went above and beyond to make sure our heater worked the day they started the job. It was a big fix and they stayed late to make sure our family had heat for the night. Genuinely cared, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

This company does amazing work. I have used them on multiple rentals and my personal home and I never have to question their work. They are very professional in every sense. Thank you Ragsdale.

I could not get a rebate from t.i.d. Because I am still waiting for a receipt. And the Warranty of equipment installed. Paid with a check and No One ever called back! Don't use them. Bad service!

Trying to charge for a false claim about the vent being closed upon arrival. This place is a scam. Please spend your money elsewhere.
