Jacob did a great job. He was very cordial and professional explaining what was wrong with my heater. He also saved me money by letting me know that the heater was still in warranty. I would recommend Bailey’s heating and air and if in the future I need repair on my air or heating I will call again.

My AC unit broke and I requested a repair from bailey's. The person they sent made one repair and broke another piece of the unit. Resulting in my AC still not fixed. They refuse to acknowledge responsibility and repair they fan they have broken. They have no explanation of how it happened, just that it happens. Despite the fact that a infant and elderly peraon live on site, they refused to fix their mistake. To add insult to injury they told me they will repair what they broke for $400. Affordable pricing is useless if they break more than they fix.

I am exceptionally pleased with the people who work for Bailey’s and with all the work they have done at my home. In addition, my new Trane heat and air conditioner system with whole house air filtration has made a significant positive difference in my respiratory health, as well as the health of my home’s other inhabitants.
