Courteous customer service from receptionist to technician. Technician arrived early, diagnosed, and repaired my heater that was pushing cold air. Alex cleaned the flame sensor and secured loose cables. Very reasonable prices. Most importantly my house is warm and cozy again. Will definitely keep Baily’s in my contacts. secondary time we do business with Bally’s this time for AC maintenance. Great service provided by Joey Rodriguez.

I am so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of the technician that repaired my air conditioner. I am so grateful that Baileys was able to send out a technician so quickly. They are the best! I am now a loyal Baileys customer and will have them do regular check ups on my system twice a year.

My A/C would not stop running so I called them for a service call to have someone come check it out, they came out the next day to check it out. They were on time and and they communicated with me when the service man was on his way. The service man checked out the unit found out what was wrong with it letting me know what they found. They had the part and fixed it.

Mitch and the Bailey's team are extremely knowledgeable on the latest heat pump equipment and technologies for both air source heat pumps and heat pump water heaters. I picked his brain for almost an hour and he answered all of my questions with clarity, detail, and kindness. I believe he is honest and really cares about each installation.
