I have used Bailey'for years. They did a fantastic job of installing my central air and heat. My unit is on the roof. They even replaced the roofing tiles that were damaged by my old AC. The repaired area matched the roofing I already had perfectly. It looked like it was brand new. They have been servicing my heat and air ever since. They go over everything they do each time they come out. They are very patient and answer all of my questions. Bailey's service is reasonably priced and they really work with you to fit appointments in with your schedule. They also call or text me to remind me when I'm due for servicing which I love. I trust them completely. I wish all companies gave such good service. They are wonderful.

We had diagnostic service today and the service was great. He explained things clearly and listened carefully when we described our problems. We are waiting for a written estimate and think we probably will do business with this firm.

Maintenance tech was very personable and friendly. Also went above and beyond. He was very professional

Alex Sanchez was very professional. He was on time, friendly, courteous. He explained everything he was doing and gave me a good summary of the condition of our units. We've used Bailey's since 2013 and wouldn't use any one else!

Would be nice if they had the parts in stock. A C's been out since 9/6 called Bailey's and made me an appointment for Friday (mind you its 107), guy said they don't have the part so we have to wait till Monday. Good service call though.

Your company has installed full systems in our home and our condo. We have regular service on both and couldn't be happier. Right now our ac went out and someone was here in a short time after completing a job elsewhere. Thank you so much for taking care of us.

I had Bailey‘s heating and air install my entire AC unit after I bought my home and discovered the AC unit with the home was no longer functioning. They were very professional and did a great job redoing my entire ducting and installing insulation as well. They have always done my maintenance on my unit and I discovered over the last few days my house would not cool off and I reached out to them this morning and they came out immediately to fix the issue and replace the part that was under warranty.
