I received responses back immediately, and was placed on the list in the event that there were cancellations prior to my confirmed appointment. The technician that came out was professional and gave us detailed information on what the problem was. They didn’t try to upsell us on any items and I would definitely recommend them in the event that your AC system is not functioning properly or just needs to be serviced. This is definitely a great company to work with and the employees were very, very communicative throughout the whole process.

I have been using BAILEYS for a bit over 10 years now. From HVAC replacement and semi annual maintenance to keep it in tip top shape.
Jacob came today and discussed the placement of the air return vent that houses the filter. It’s located in the hallway on lower section of wall and is an open section finished in drywall. He suggested moving it to a ceiling vent system for better airflow. I will have to do some research on that.
Otherwise maintenance required blowing out the dirt and washing down the coil. He removed a yellow jacket nest and we are good to go.

Before I was ever a homeowner, my family used Baileys to replace and maintain our HVAC systems. So it was obvious that they were the best business to call upon to replace our 35 year old system that was on its last leg! Every part of the experience was great from bid to initial load calculation to install. We highly recommend!

Needed to service my Norwitz tankless water heater. Small gas leak causing my unit to shut down with error code 40. Estimate was on the pricey side but they guaranteed they work so decided to move forward with the job. They came to fix the unit and 3 days later, my unit shut down with error code 40. Called them and they ordered a new heat exchanger and installed it with no cost. The gas leak was resolved and my unit was working great but it got really loud. Loud enough to wake me up in the morning. So I called to let them know and they came out the next day and got the unit working at a much lower noise level. Extremely grateful for the quality of service and their commitment to finish the job. They definitely guarantee their work. Really glad I decided to chose Bailey’s. And Bob is a genius!
