Baileys has been great. From discussing a new AC install, through the installation process, and now with follow up maintenance, they have been responsive and reliable.

Experience with this company was great came in same day, on time and fixed our AC issue. Eddie the tech was professional and friendly ended up signing ip for yearly service!

Although Alex was a bit late getting to my house, he did an excellent job and discussed some of the options I have for thermostats, since I will be looking for a new one. As always, they are careful and do excellent work.

Fantastic service. Clean, on time, and very polite. Joey was extremely knowledgable and kept us updated as to what he was doing and why.

I was having issues with my brand new system and they came out two separate occasions due to the unit failing for the same issue of the thermostat would not work. The unit is working well after the second time coming out. Which I am thankful. I did notice the poor workmanship of when they tested my line on which special tape is used for protection against the sun rays. Instead of using that special tape, they wrapped my line with electrical tape. In the picture you can see half of it has the UV tape which it is labeled and the other half is all black electrical tape.

I have been using Bailey's for many years and I have always been happy with their service. Nice, friendly and knowledgeable service people.

The technician was thorough and gave me information every step of the way. They even showed me videos and photos of the work that was done.

The technician called to tell me when he would be arriving. And he hit that time.
He informed me of the findings and future work that would likely be required next year.
