I was told by their technician on June 28, 2022 that my two year old Lennox system needs a new evaporator coil. It is now August 7th and still waiting after I’ve been told three times my part has been ordered. Precise called me and left a voicemail message saying my part would be shipped August 5th. When I called August 5 th they wanted to know who told me that since the part was on back order but will be shipped next Friday. I’m getting the run around and don’t like it. It’s been very hot and my wife and I are senior citizens with health problems. I cannot recommend this company and will be calling the Better Business Bureau and the State of California Consumer Affairs to make my situation known.

I sent a request for service on a Friday afternoon and had a response the same day. Even better -- Scott was able to arrive Saturday and repaired both units. He was efficient and professional. I would highly recommend Precise Air!

Overall I am very happy with the service. I have a new central heating and cooling system installed. The crew arrived early every morning and ready to work. They did demo, all the HVAC hardware installation, very accommodating and very willing to listen to our input, and kept our place clean and neat ar end of each day. Don't mention his work is done professionally. I would definitely use his service again. Highly recommended.

Great company to work with. They designed a system that was perfect for my new home and got the installation done in two days. They didn't leave a single spec of dust or dirt behind and cleaned everything up. The system was operating flawlessly but then they called me two months after the installation and asked if they can come and balance the registers in order to equalize the room temperatures to the best of their abilities. I was pleasantly surprised to have a company reach out to me two months later in order to improve my experience. Of course they can't get every room to the same temperature, two story house, but its as close as you can possibly get. Thanks guys!

When they installed my system dealing with Precise Air was a joy. I liked their sales rep as well as the team who did the installation. It is a quality system and they did quality work in installing it. But service since then has been less satisfactory. They are simply not good at following up. It is difficult dealing with the phone dispatcher. The techs who have been sent to to our house have been marginal in actually fixing problems and unreliable in following up on promises they made when they were here. So, over time my level of satisfaction with the company has declined.
5-stars for install and 2 stars for service.

Precise was fantastic. I ordered new HVAC through Costco and every step of the way was clear, easy and professional. During install, we ran into a logistics issue, and Precise stepped right up and got everything squared away. I was worried in the time of covid to have such work done in my home, but the team was super careful, clean and always wore masks and shoe covers. They were on-time and fast, I highly recommend!

I'm so glad I found this company to service my Mitsubishi mini-split system. Zachary is a true professional - extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and willing take all the time necessary to explain any aspect of the service or the system in general. Would highly recommend them this type of service.

Jeff, Eddsel and Roger exceeded our expectations in the installation of our HVAC system. They were prompt and very courteous. Any questions that we asked during and before the installation were answered immediately. My husband and I are very happy with Precise Air Systems and would highly recommend them!

My entire heat and ac system needed to be replaced. From the salesman, to the foreman, to the workers who did the job, Precise Air provided over-the-top professional and thorough service even bringing in an electrician to do additional work all in the span of 2 days. Phenomenal company.

They were a little bit more, but it has paid off in peace of mind, timely work, quality equipment, professional installation crew and no problems.
