What a great service! Fast efficient!! I woke up to a cold shower and discovered my water heater was out and leaking. I sent requests to several potential services and Coast Pacific Air was the first to respond. He gave me a range of what the repair might cost and I made a reservation. He called and was available sooner than expected. He took a look at the old tank and gave me an estimate that was at the low then others estimate. Within a couple hours I had a brand new top of the line Water Heater installed and guaranteed!! Thank you!! I appreciate the way you do business!!

I called Coast Pacific Air at the end-of-day on Tuesday when I discovered my tank was leaking and had hot water restored within 24 hours. Very recently, my elderly father had a major problem with tree roots which had blocked the main line going into his house. The house had the old clay pipes that had been there for many years so the tree roots had grown right into them and in through the basement. It was a major job and it took some time to remove the old pipes and replace them with the new ones. They also installed a backwater valve. Coast Pacific Air team explained the work and his team worked hard to make sure the job was done, working into the evening to make sure my dad had water. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues. Excellent work!

Coast Pacific Air technician came to do the plumbing for a new kitchen sink that was recently installed, and hooked up the dishwasher. He was incredibly kind and professional and honest. He was thorough in making sure everything worked and was done properly. I would definitely call him again if I needed to, and would recommend him to others.
