The whole team was polite, responsive and informative. They sent 2 install teams to handle my install and they were done by 1 in the afternoon. The install team was friendly and informative. Great service by Unlimited Heating & AC repair. showed up when they said they would and very knowledgeable about my system. The techs Unlimited Heating & AC repair sent out went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean and in great condition. They even let me know that the water shut off valves needed to be replaced and spoke to my building manager to try to get it remedied. I will definitely use them in the future.

Great company. I'm now a lifelong customer. They had an opening today, which is a lot to say being that you need to wait weeks to get an appt. with some ac companies. They also diagnosed the issue which only cost me $600 rather than a new 12k ac which another company recommended on my 6yr old unit. I had three new Trane units installed by Unlimited Heating & AC Repair. They did a great job! I had a minor repair on one unit 6 months later in the heat of the summer. Came out the next next day at no charge. Great customer service!

We were having issues with our heater not turning on. We also knew we needed to 'upgrade' the wiring on our older house to work with the newer smart thermostats, so I called a few heater/air conditioner companies to see what they could do. Unlimited Heating & AC repair picked up on my first call, and were able to, kindly, squeeze us in next day.

Removal of ductwork was done by another abatement company ( and they did pretty good job). The PS crew, total 4 people, team came on time in the morning and started working immediately. Two people worked on ductwork and 2 on furnace and AC so everything could be done same day and I can have heating back in the evening ( that's pleasant surprise as I was thinking for another 1 more day). Unlimited Heating & AC repair and his team did a great job. They installed everything quite well and cleaned the area at the end. Be answered several of my Qs throughout the day. He also came for inspection and some paperwork during the day. By the end of the day my Furnace was running fine and I was very happy :). Thanks Unlimited Heating & AC repair team !

Had a nice experience working with Unlimited Heating & AC repair sales person Enrique to setup the install. He helped figure out that the current system didn't have adequate return for the HVAC and designed a new return to marke the airflow balanced.

I appreciated Unlimited Heating & AC repair team taking the time to explain what a heat pump is and how it differs from what I currently have (for future consideration). While I have an older system (13-14 yrs) that is still running well, he alleviated my concerns about when it may need to be replaced by explaining some of the red flags they might see in the future that would require more troubleshooting to determine the next best step.

Post install we had an issue with water dripping into the condensate line due to installer error. Unlimited Heating & AC repair promptly send someone to fix it. Overall customer support experience post install has been great.
