Sam is the most knowledgeable and honest person you'll come across. He's thorough with his work and doesn't cut corners whilst making sure you're not spending unnecessarily. Would highly recommend Sam for hvac repairs, service or a new system, all of which he's helped us with over the years.

After many phone calls to other local HVAC servicers who did not pick up their phone nor return my phone calls, Sam from Perfect Air Systems, was not only easy to reach, but very punctual when it came to our appointment. I have been working with this company for over 10 years. Anytime I have had a problem with my A/C and/or Heating, this company was the first one I have contacted. He is always on time, for whatever reason he cannot make it for his appointment or is late, he always calls to make sure if he comes at a later time. He is very honest, and will give you His honest opinion of what should be done or whether the problem could be fixed or not. His prices are very reasonable. I have referred this company to my relatives and they were very happy about his services. I have worked with other companies before meeting him, but didn't have the results as I did with this company. Most importantly, he is very polite and treats his customers with respect. I would definitely refer this company to whom I know.

So we had two other big companies come out and quote our AC. We wanted specific things done so had a real plan in mind. Costco was super expensive and the other company was problematic about what we wanted and while it was a fair price they seemed unsure which is never positive.

Sam came out and we told him our plan and he said yes, easy and can be done. My wife was super happy with this and his price was fair.

Sam moved the air handler from the garage to the attic on the second floor, part of which required him re-routing all existing ducts which he also replaced.

He increased our size of units. He also came up with a great solution to our concerns about the heater which always makes my wife’s Asthma act up. We now have a unit that uses the Heat the AC generates to heat the house not gas. Oh man it’s like something you can’t believe. No more super hot air which dries out the air. Now it’s a slight warming affect that radiates the whole house. Wow is my wife out of her head. The cold weather we’ve had the last month or so has just gone unnoticed where before we’d need space heaters everywhere if we didn’t turn on the heater.

He also did a great deal of cleaning up, keeping tarps eveywheee they walked etc.

They say happy wife happy life and that’s true with us and I’d recommend him anytime.
