It's very hard to find people you can trust these days, let alone do a fantastic job when they arrive. Every employee that I have dealt with was polite and professional. Just today, Manny repaired a unit of mine that other companies had issues with fixing. He did it with a smile and was very courteous to answer my million questions. Thank you guys, and we will be doing more business with you in the future.

During the latest heat wave our central air failed and we had to scramble to find a company to service the units faster than the several weeks quoted by most. Precision took our information and relayed it to their field tech Carlos Mendez who called us in less than an hour. He arranged to come over that afternoon and was quick thorough and pleasant. We'd recommend Precision Temperature to anyone!

We had such a good experience! They gave us the whole rundown, even went on the roof to check out what was really going on. The technician that came out showed us pictures and videos of what was wrong, so in no way did we feel deceived or lied to. He was very honest and gave us a great detailed description of what the next steps looked like. I would highly recommend!

We had our air conditioner serviced today. Right from the start I was impressed with this company. They text me an appointment confirmation that even had a link to see when the tech was arriving, including his picture. He was on time & very friendly & professional. I would definitely call them again!

Chuck Allen was my technician and he was awesome! Punctual, personable, and very thorough. He patiently explained the technical things that were broken (in terms I could understand) and what steps he took to remedy the problem. Chuck also gave me different options along with the pros and cons of each. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Came in and felt the heat as soon as they came into my store. Quickly accessed the situation and quickly got the issue resolved. Checked to see if my unit was under warranty before they started to work on my unit. Would definitely recommend these guys any work needed on your AC unit
