Technician did a very thorough inspection of my heating system and was able to diagnose the problem. The company was able to get a technician to me the same day within a couple hours of my call. Very professional service overall.

Our thermostat just stopped working for no reason. I called this company on Sunday so that I could make an appointment. The person took my info and said that a technician would call the next business day / Monday. Today is Thursday and still nothing from these guys. Fortunately, I called Precision Air (no affiliation) after I hung up from these guys and the technician did call back on Monday to set up an appointment. Job done - not thanks to this so-called business.

Junior came out same day for a HVAC issue with our furnace. He troubleshooted, diagnosed the issue, walked me through my next steps, and was professional & knowledgeable the whole way. I’d recommend Junior and Precision Temperature for future work.

Jonny and his entire crew did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and immediately set out protective sheeting for our cabinets and floors. Each one of these guys dove into different portions of shutdown, removal, component preparation, installation, and then test/checkout. I have not had a more professional team ever do anything at my house. I felt bad for them up in my attic as I know it is at least 130 degrees up there. I hope their boss buys them a decent lunch as they absolutely earned it! Good job!!!
