We had an urgent need for our AC to get fixed on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. I called about 20 companies before finally getting a hold of Hamel’s and they were they only ones willing to come same day. Matt came within 30 minutes of my call, fixed the issue thoroughly with explanation and recommendations for preventing further issues, and was out in less than an hour. He was also incredibly kind and friendly, a pleasure to interact with in a stressful situation. Hamel’s has secured our business for the long-term and will be our go-to from now on!

My AC unit broke so they came out and took a look. They gave me multiple options at different price points. I took a few months to decide on a new unit because I wanted to save up the money for a new one. They never once were pushy. When I called they came out same day. I couldn't believe it. Everyone is extremely nice and professional. They did a wonderful job.

They came in and completed a maintenance service on the AC unit they installed. Great service tech and he also recommended a few task complete with an estimate to make the system run more efficiently. I really appreciate the thoroughness of the job that was completed and that he took the time to provide and estimate right away on things that need to be further addressed.

Hamel's Air Conditioning Company is truly exceptional! We looked into three different companies to replace all of our HVAC and ducting in entirety. Hamel's was at the top of the list pretty quick. It did not take long to realize how thorough and professional they were from the start. Luke had the whole existing system to be replaced, mapped out and calculated, with a very accurate estimate in hand before he left on the first meeting. We had lots of questions, and Nick and Luke were very very patient with us, as we figured out what we wanted to do. We ultimately went with a dual fuel system, which would be the best option for our house. And we also put a whole house fan in which we are thrilled about. Their pricing is competitive. Nick was very generous with us as well. They were prompt, very professional, very careful, very precise, and kept our house very clean. They cleaned up after themselves well. Their thoroughness throughout the process and generosity towards us, is exceptional. We highly highly recommend using Hamel's! Do not miss this company. Hamel installed a whole new HVAC system in our house. Great experience throughout the whole process, everyone was professional, responsive and communicative. Everyone showed up when expected and worked hard all day, no flakiness! Highly recommend!

Their install a year ago went well and the system operated flawlessly. Mike just completed our first year maintenance. This company knows how to give great customer service. I recommend them highly.

Called Hamel’s AC, spoke with Nick . Luke came out the next day with estimate and explanation of service. Thomas followed up with installation 3 days. Nice, guys to work with. Explained every aspect. I am so excited to have this done! I will not hesitate to do business with this company again!

We had Mike fix our heater. He gave us an honest assessment and fixed our heater. It took some troubleshooting since it was old Heater but he was good with follow up and explained everything. We are so happy with their honest and kind service. Sometimes it’s hard to find in this market. People are so salesy and trying rip you off. But not this company. I would recommend them to anybody!
