Aerify was contracted by Campesinos Unidos to repair the air duct system in my old house. Salvador was in charge of the job. My house is so old that the work was challenging, and Salvador nailed it in a timely and professional manner. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

They came out after I filed a claim with my Home Warranty (AHS). The technician was knowledgeable and nice but said I needed dampers to balance the air in my house. After finding out my home warranty would not cover it they wanted $695 each and said I need two. I went into my attic to look at the system and noticed that dampers already existed everywhere they were needed. They wanted to charge me $1390 to "install" parts that already existed. I made a couple adjustments myself and all is normal. took me 20 minutes. I can't even imagine the amount of people they have taken advantage of. Lucky for me I was capable of checking (thank you YouTube) Aerify is dishonest, I will never use them for anything and make sure I tell anyone and everyone about my situation given the chance to.
I contacted the company for a "tune-up" on my A/C. The home warranty company selected Aerify to do the work. The technician was about 30 mins late but at least he called me to give me heads up. I appreciated the call. They removed the filter and showed me the problem. I was having reduced A/C flow due to excessive dirt on the filter. The only problem I had was I was the one who had to get down and vacuum out the A/C which was a challenge and vacuum, wash, and then dry my reusable filter. My current health problems made doing these tasks difficult. In fairness, I guess the annual A/C cleaning promo did not include learning the filters and cleaning under the A/C closet. My recommendation is to make sure you read the fine print of any special discount offers. The technician was a nice guy and respectful. Not his fault for the parameters of the discount promo.

Aerify was very responsive, scheduling us quickly when they learned I had a health-compromised person at home and no AC. The technician, Ryan, was on-time, professional and very personable. He quickly fixed the problem and then went above and beyond to clean the unit, showing us how to do it (we are new to AC). He was so thorough and had us up and running in no time. Highly recommend!
The tech arrived timely. Ismael is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and explains everything to my satisfaction. The dispatcher Monica, is wonderful. Cost quoted was very reasonable. The parts arrived very quickly and Ismael installed them promptly and completely cleaned my dryer. It works just like brand new.
