DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Ihave used this business twice, first they charged me over $700 to install a $50 thermostat and the technician was ten minutes late on his 10-1 time slot. Second time I was charged $1500 for a pad under my ac unit, the technician was 2.5 hours late on his 10-2 time slot and I had to call twice asking where my technician was. I was told that I had a broken coil that would be $5000 to repair and that my Freon is now illegal and would most likely have to replace the unit. I got a second opinion and turns out there is NOTHING wrong with my unit, my coil was dirty and needed to be washed up with a hose. My capacitor on the inside on my house needed to be replaced costing me $40 with another company. These people are CON ARTISTS and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Aerify was able to accommodate my request for a rush service repair and was able to repair my broken a/c unit for my tenants during the heat wave. They provided a detailed explanation of what was repaired along with future maintenance concerns they had. I was satisfied with the experience and will recommend them to others.

Aerify called me the same day I requested service through my home warranty even though it was a Saturday evening. The next day, I had a service appointment booked within 3 days. The technician arrived in the middle of the time slot and I was notified via text they were on their way. Ismael was courteous and careful to keep distance (COVID-19) and wore a mask. He resolved our AC unit issue within a few minutes. I highly recommend Aerify!

Ryan, the Aerify tech, came in to fix a noise and leak in the A/C ceiling system in my home. He was professional and troubleshot the problem quickly. Actually the dispatch spoke to me earlier and txted me with a same day service appointment and status of when and where the tech was in his progress to my home. Great company and knowledgeable tech.

I needed some work done on my AC. They provided a free quote and repaired my AC just in time for this heat! I got a total of 4 estimates and Aerify was the most cost and time effective. My AC was fixed in less than 2 days. The lady also was able to get the guy(mechanic? Fixer? ?) to work with around my schedule, THANK YOU! Great customer service! Aerify technician was fast and professional - even though he had to go up into an attic to reach the heater, the technician was prepared and performed his inspection/maintenance work quickly. I will happily use Verify again for either heater or HVAC maintenance/repair.

AC technician Ismael Flores came to my home to troubleshoot and repair my AC units.
Mr. Flores showed up right on time as he had texted me earlier. I appreciated his punctuality.

Secondly, he arrived with the appropriate tools to diagnose my system.

Third,
He systematically sorted both systems out and ordered the required parts.
He returned in a couple days to install the parts and checked the systems for satisfactory performance.

Lastly,
Ismael Flores carried himself in a professional manner. He maintained a cheerful , pleasant demeanor and clearly communicated to me the problem and his plan for repair.

Our heater was not kicking on and we were freezing! We reached out to our home warranty company and they said Aerify would be in contact shortly. They called next day and were at our house the next day by 2pm. The thermostat was bad so Israel swapped it out in no time, tested it and we were up and running just like that! So grateful for the quick turn around and the ease of getting our heater fixed!
