We asked for an evaluation of the AC system which was not working properly. Service person did his best to check out the situation but has recommended that the system most likely needs to be replaced. So I look forward to having a representative from Hamel to come out and assess the situation so we can go forward with replacement if it’s necessary. Thank you

Our AC was blowing hot air on one of the biggest heat waves in September in San Diego. We have a dog with major medical issues and the heat could be deadly for him. My husband and I called many emergency AC repair businesses and fortunately for us we got from The owner of Hamel’s AC and he said he could come by first thing the next morning. True to his word he was here just after 7:00 am. He was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly gracious. He had our AC back working within 15 mins. The owner also educated us on how out of date our AC is and we will now have Hamels upgrade our AC system.

Hamel's was gracious enough to give me a second opinion on work I needed done to the mini splits in my office. They squeezed me in on short notice, showed up on time (early, even), and were professional throughout their visit. Although I wasn't able to book them due to obligations with my property manager, I was impressed and will be sure to use them again if/when the situation presents itself.

They were here when they said they’d be here they had a completed before their estimated time they were courteous they cleaned up any mess they made they covered basically all around really good. The people were professional, and very polite.

We added a second Nest thermostat. I bought the thermostat and Hamell’s did the installation. Mike was on time, professional and courteous. I intend to use this company for any future HVAC needs.
