Luke is the man! His first visit was over 2 hours long - I was so impressed by how thorough and detailed his assessment was. He was so generous with his time in walking me through step by step both the current condition of my unit and recommendations to improve its performance. Our experience with Hamel's Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. was nothing but positive. Luke, the owner of the company, personally walked us through the estimate, and was on-site in our house each day of the install, making sure everything went smoothly. Despite being short-handed by one member of his team, he was still able to finish the job on-time and within budget, and we are loving our new AC. We chose to get the work permitted, and Luke's install passed the city inspection without any issues at all. Great service and quality work at a very competitive price. Would definitely recommend.

I will only trust Luke when it comes to servicing and repairing my AC unit. I’ve been using him for years and he’s never let me down. I had multiple different companies come out to try and diagnose my AC unit, and they wouldn’t even bother trying to fix it. Luke was the only person who could figure out how to fix it, and he’s affordable! I’ll always call Luke for my HVAC needs.
