Hamel’s HVAC service Technician arrived on time, respected the property, and the home, performed yearly check up on air conditioning/heating. Knowledgeable and efficient. Technician left without a trace of debris. Hamels installed the entire system one year ago. The maintenance check up, found no deficiencies. Everything was installed properly and fully functional. I will have them return next year to continue maintaining the system to ensure longevity of the system they installed.

This is a follow-up to our original 5 Star rating we gave Hamel's for the estimate and negotiation part of the project The unit is now installed and certified. Installation went quick and smooth. Jack came in with his crew and walked us through the install process. Placement of the indoor air handler was tricky because it was over the stairs to the master bedroom loft. In fact, Jack went out and bought them a new adjustable ladder to make the job safer. Thomas and Jessie did the install and always took time to explain the steps and what they were doing. The outside condenser was set up and tested and by the end of day two was up and running. They ran us through the remote which is has lots of features and left the place cleaner than when they came in. Hamel's office called the next day to see how things went and explained the certification process. They set up a date and time for inspection within a couple of days and then followed up to set up inspection for CA approval. It all went without a hitch. Our only disappointment is the weather changed and we have not needed the new air con at all. Hoping for a heat wave to put our air con to the test. Would highly recommend Hamel's. Their pricing was compatible and their work was excellent. I'd say this was one of out best experiences with contractors we have had. Another 5 STARs for Hamel's.
