Precision Temperature

Admon was great. I had difficulty finding someone to repair my residential ice maker and am so lucky I found this company and Admon. He diagnosed the problem quickly, got the part ordered and came back to fix it. Thank you!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris , one of the employees at precision temperature and he did an extremely good job on fixing my AC & got it fixed in a timely manner. His customer service was great and he was super respectful.

Cal did a great job. He explained everything to me and I was relieved to know there was no serious problem, just an issue with the thermostat set up. He repaired that checked everything else and got on his way. Very polite and friendly! He also knew this equipment very well.

There was a bird nest in the vent which affected the airflow. Junior was great at trouble shooting and finding the cause & getting it cleaned. The heater is working great now. 👍

Benjamin Candelaria arrived to troubleshoot the HVAC system in the Community Center auditorium of this 55+ community. The unit seemed to "turn on" but wasn't heating. Ben determined the problem and indicated he could get the parts and have it working again before the end of the business day. His quick evaluation and ability to obtain the parts and return the system to operating was critical to our daily activities and operations. That's why we have a preventative maintenance program with Precision Temperature.

I was previously using a local service to maintain my reach in coolers in my restaurant. Precision was on time, got the job done the first time, guaranteed the work and there was a lot of communication about the appointment, which was nice. I really appreciated Junior. He was professional and made sure I understood charges and kept me updated about what the problem looked like throughout the whole process. Awesome experience!

Excellent all around. Technician Benjamin was polite, knowledgeable, through, efficient, and explained everything about the unit and what was needed.
We were happy with the service from Precision several years ago and will call on them again when needed.
We have an old AC unit. They have not pushed for a replacement but worked with what we have and kept it working at top efficiency.
